Ok. So I got a speeding ticket. 36mph in a 25. It's a $75 fine. Not sure what to do. It was snowing, road was wet, just climbed over a small hill with railroad tracks. You need to do at least 25 to get over the hill/railroad tracks fast enough. He clocked me a couple hundred yards pass the hill/tracks.
I haven't had a speeding ticket in over 10 years. I don't know what to do. Feel like going to court and pleading not guilty.

Why not go to court and tell "The Man" it's bull shit, you got a ticket for D.W.A.

Pleading not guilty will just land you a court appearance and court fees which run about $150. If you can just pay the ticket and be done, do it. Has it really been 10 years since you had a ticket?
Yea, more than 10 yrs. I think the last one I had was before marriage. So I just ended paying the fine and doing 3 months supervision. Only people who would have access to it after 90 days would be the police and myself. No insurance companies. Though I did learn about this point thing that links to your DL. - never heard of that before.
